The Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (CAO) Graduate Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice (DOMP) is a 48-month program (with an accelerated 36-month option available at some campuses) for individuals who want to study osteopathy in a challenging environment that produces the highest calibre of proficient manual osteopaths.
